At the heart of Advance Construction Land (ACL) is a commitment to responsible construction, technical excellence, and dependable project delivery. Leading this vision is Engr. Md. Nur Mohammad Noyen, Founder and Managing Director of ACL, whose professional career has been built around civil engineering, construction management, project supervision, and the successful execution of complex building and infrastructure projects.
With more than 14 years of professional experience in project management and construction, Engr. Noyen brings practical field knowledge and technical expertise to every project. His experience encompasses project planning and management, BOQ preparation, quantity surveying, pile and basement works, high-rise construction, structural works, finishing, reporting, and business development.
A Strong Foundation in Civil Engineering
Engr. Noyen began his professional journey in the construction sector after completing his Diploma in Civil Engineering from Rangpur Polytechnic Institute in 2010. He later strengthened his academic foundation by completing a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from European University of Bangladesh in 2022.
Over the years, he has progressed through a range of engineering and project-management roles, gaining experience from the site level through senior engineering and project-management positions. His professional experience includes working as a Site Engineer, Project Engineer, Senior Engineer, Quantity Surveyor & Supervisor, and Project Manager.
This combination of formal engineering education and extensive practical experience provides him with a grounded understanding of both the technical and managerial aspects of construction.
Experience Across Complex Projects
Throughout his career, Engr. Noyen has been involved with a diverse range of construction projects, including high-rise buildings, institutional facilities, steel structures, industrial facilities, infrastructure works, and specialized construction projects.
His project experience includes work on a 16-storey Army Multipurpose Complex with a 3,000-capacity auditorium and two basements at Dhaka Cantonment, a 9-storey academic building at Zirabo Cantonment Public School and College, and a 6-storey double-basement school building at Air Force Basar Ghati.
His experience also extends to major steel and industrial projects, including a Yamaha CKD & CBU facility, ACI’s Animal Genetic Research & Development Center, a Yamaha assembling plant, and a 2,000 MT potato seed cold-storage facility for BADC.
In addition, he has contributed to construction and renovation works at institutions including the University of Dhaka and facilities at Dhaka Cantonment, giving him exposure to projects with diverse technical and operational requirements.

For Engr. Noyen, effective construction leadership means more than supervising work at a site. It involves planning carefully, coordinating people and resources, identifying risks, maintaining quality, and ensuring that projects move toward completion according to defined schedules and budgets.
His professional responsibilities have included planning, implementing and monitoring project activities; supervising building construction from pile and basement works through superstructure, plumbing, sanitation and finishing; preparing BOQs; checking contractor bills; coordinating with project teams and contractors; reviewing drawings; monitoring progress; and taking corrective measures when required.
He also has experience developing relationships with government, semi-government and private entities in connection with project development and execution.
This practical, hands-on approach forms an important part of the leadership philosophy behind ACL.
Technical Knowledge & Professional Skills
Engr. Noyen combines construction-site experience with knowledge of modern project-management and engineering tools. His professional skills include AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, Primavera P6 and RSEPS-LGED, along with experience in BOQ preparation, high-rise building estimation, project planning and construction supervision.
He also has knowledge of BNBC codes, international codes and standards, as well as experience managing and motivating project teams.
His professional development has included training in project management, project estimation, ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management Systems, e-GP, workplace communication, and other technical areas related to construction and engineering.
